We are delighted to welcome five talented undergraduate students who have joined the Liu Lab as summer students: Shunxi Jin from the University of Cambridge, Isabella Taylor from the University of Oxford, Jefferson F. Tjoenardi from the University of Toronto, Hanyumo Chen from Zhejiang University, and Jierui Zhang from Northwest A&F University.
The International Society for Stem Cell Research (ISSCR) has appointed Dr. Liu Lizhong as the new Lawrence Goldstein Science Policy Fellow for a three-year term beginning in June 2025.

Dr. Liu Lizhong has served as a Young Editorial Board Member for the journal Cells since 2025. In the interview, he mentioned that his laboratory began recruiting members in late 2024, and he officially returned to China in January 2025.
